Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older (state/local requirements).
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Take orders and follow service steps for accuracy.
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails per recipes.
• Present checks and take payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar stations and service areas.
