Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube in Sharon, PA is seeking a Bartender to provide outstanding hospitality, craft beverages, and maintain a clean, organized bar area. You will bring energy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to every shift, ensuring guests have a great experience.

You will work with a collaborative team, follow safety and service standards, and support daily bar operations to keep service smooth and enjoyable for all guests.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Accurately handle guest payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, food safety standards, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
