Qualifications

• 2 years of bar experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails.
• Able to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Confident, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by interacting verbally with all guests in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
• Mix and serve drinks following Applebee’s recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders and answer guest questions.
• Collect payment from guests using the QR code or POS.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and TEAM by completing opening and closing side work.
• Carry out tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
• Use bar tools to minimize waste and help manage bar costs.
• Restock products at shift start/end, including garnish preparation.
