Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking a Bartender for Sprowls Horizon Sports Park in Pinellas Park, FL. The role involves preparing beverages, serving guests, and maintaining bar stock and cleanliness during service and events.

Ideal candidates will have bartending and customer service experience, be at least 18, and be able to obtain the required alcohol service training within 60 days of hire. Weekend and evening availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdays.
• Alcohol serving course within 60 days after hire.
• Positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• Ability to work alone or with others in a fast-paced environment.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior bartending and food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks/drinks.
• Operate a cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure bar and lounge areas are clean and well presented.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
