Dave & Buster’s Inc. in California is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve food and drinks with exceptional guest service. You will know the menu inside out and help guests choose items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of bartending experience, age 21+, and compliance with alcohol regulations. You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and participate in a comprehensive perks program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Adhere to company uniform standards.
• Create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guest needs.
• Adhere to local alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar with necessary side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
