You should have a high school diploma, 2–3 years bartending in a fast-paced setting, and a proven record of integrity and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume tavern.
• Honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Achieve overall guest satisfaction.
• Deliver a personalized guest experience to meet individual needs.
• Ensure food and beverage are prepared to standard before serving.
• Meet Health Department and Alcohol regulations and maintain standards.
• Follow all policies on pouring and serving alcohol.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the job description.
