Job summary

Centro Restaurant Group in Roseville, MN is seeking a bartender to deliver high-energy guest experiences in a fast-casual setting. Previous bar experience is preferred and friendly, dependable teammates are encouraged to apply.

You’ll batch cocktails, pour taps and wine, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, ensure responsible service, and support the service team with urgency and a welcoming demeanor throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests
• Batching and building cocktails according to recipe

• Maintaining equipment in a responsible and sanitary condition
• Adapting service style to guest and business needs
• Serving alcoholic beverages in a safe, legal, and responsible manner
• Working in a support role as part of our service team when needed
• Maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar
