Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is looking for a part-time bartender to mix and serve beverages according to guest service standards. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure compliance with age and alcohol guidelines in a fast-paced casino bar.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays while maintaining a positive demeanor and strong cash handling skills.

Qualifications

Summary: Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greets guests immediately.
• Takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers.
• Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.
• Collects payment and follows cash handling procedures.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
• Washes glasses.
• Maintains clean and sanitary bar area.
• Resolves guest complaints.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
