Jim 'N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a bar professional to serve guests with genuine hospitality, mix drinks to spec, and suggest the right pairings for our ribs and plates. You will ring and collect accurately and maintain a clean, stocked bar while enforcing responsible pouring and ID checks.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced Saturday shift environment, with emphasis on personable demeanor and adherence to state age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests at the bar with genuine hospitality.
• Mix drinks to spec and suggest pairings for ribs, rings and other menu items.
• Ring and collect accurately, keep the bar clean and stocked, check IDs and pour responsibly.
