Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender at the Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. You will deliver warm, friendly service and help guests choose from our menu, creating memorable experiences. You’ll take orders, craft drinks, maintain a safe and inviting bar area, and collaborate with a team that values hard work and innovation.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
