Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Full Time Beverage Service role to provide friendly, timely beverage service and cash handling at the bar. You will prepare drinks for cocktail servers, greet guests, and ensure accurate transactions and receipts.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar readiness, restocking, keeping guest areas clean, and complying with all liquor regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Recites complete list of beverage selections.
• Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
• Inputs and controls ordering through register during each transaction, maintaining receipts to guests.
• Frequently checks back with and entertains guests.
• Prepares bar for next shift, restocking fruit and supplies at the bar.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times, removes empty glasses/bottles, cleans ashtrays.
• Follows liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Provides excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adheres to Tribal Ordinance, ACCRS, and SRC System of Internal Controls and SOPs.
