ARRIVE Albuquerque, located in a renovated hotel and neighborhood hub, seeks a bartender to deliver well-crafted drinks and build rapport with guests from morning espresso to late-night cocktails.

You will learn our service standards, maintain a welcoming bar, restock as needed, and collaborate with hotel staff to promote exclusive offers. On-site role with evenings, weekends, and holidays often required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English, with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks for every occasion — mimosas at brunch, chef's-tasting-menu pairings, or espresso to-go.
• Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
• Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
• Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed.
• Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to make sure overnight guests know about exclusive bar offerings and promotions.
