Job summary

Lifestyle Communities seeks a Bartender for its PT front-of-house team across multiple locations including Nashville, Brier Creek, Pflugerville, and Columbus. The role focuses on daily bar operations, customer service, and coordination with back-of-house staff to deliver high-quality experiences.

The position requires at least two years of bartending experience, ServSafe certification, and optional TABC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization is required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations within assigned area.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
