Concord Hospitality's Cork & Crust at The Oaklander Hotel in Pittsburgh is seeking an energetic bartender to craft memorable guest experiences by preparing beverages with precision and delivering exceptional service.

You will work in a stylish, modern space that blends curated wines with wood-fired pizza. The role emphasizes cleanliness, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bartending experience
• Strong beverage knowledge and service standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring proper storage of liquor, fruit, and juices.
• Prepare cocktails using Beverage Standards with precise measurements.
• Accept and process drink orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies (no cash tabs).
• Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness by checking glassware, replenishing ice, cleaning floors, and emptying trash.
• Manage inventory of sodas, juices, beer, and other bar supplies with proper rotation.

As a Bartender at Concord Hospitality, you will craft memorable guest experiences by preparing beverages with precision, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and delivering exceptional service. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
