Flynn Hospitality in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will prepare cocktails and beverages to brand standards, serve a light food menu, and deliver friendly service behind the bar and to restaurant guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bartender certification or alcohol service training as required by state/local law.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
