Job summary

Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall, Las Vegas, seeks a energetic bartender to welcome guests, take orders, and prepare beverages in a fast-paced casino bar environment. You will work with cocktail servers to ensure timely service and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, operating the cash register, maintaining bar cleanliness, stocking and dating back stock, and greeting guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, while meeting licensing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

• Serve beverages, using repetitive motions, in accordance with established service procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping bar top.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
