Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a bartender responsible for providing beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers, and Food Servers in assigned outlets, ensuring efficient and prompt service.

Candidate should have at least one year of bartending experience and complete Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months. The role requires knowledge of Dram Shop Act, beverage regulations, and strong teamwork across outlet staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Serve beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Receive, issue and keep records of liquor store and supplies.
• Balance sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
• Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders' responsibilities and rights under it.
• Knowledge of all beverage regulations.
• Participate as a team member with Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino's Associates to ensure efficient operational standard.
• Works in Outlets as needed.

Summary

• Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.


• Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.


• Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.


• Responsible for balancing sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.


• Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.


• Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders' responsibilities and rights under it.


• Knowledge of all beverage regulations.


• Participate as a team member with all Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino's Associates to ensure efficient operational standard.


• Works in Outlets as needed.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Previous Bartending experience of one year.
