To be fully knowledgeable and engaged in all aspects of the bar program and beverage services. Assist and execute an elevated bar experience and understanding of all food and beverage items served. Uses hospitality skills in building a rapport with guests. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious and professional manner.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide luxury guest experience at all times.Utilize selling techniques to provide Bespoke service.Prepare drinks in accordance with specified recipes.Daily checks of bar for cleanliness and proper stocks of supplies before opening.Support and assist bar and cocktail program.
