Job Description

As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that both staff and customers receive the best drink possible. You must be friendly to staff and customers, craft drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. The role requires dedication and enjoyment of the work.

Compensation and benefits: Applebee's® Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, with the opportunity to earn tips. We offer competitive wages, Daily Pay*, flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and a clear career path. Daily Pay is not available in California.

Physical Standards

Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Duties include transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift, depending on business flow. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings or masks, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
