Job summary

Bowl America is seeking part-time Bartenders to join our dynamic team in Virginia. As a Bartender, you'll serve food and beverages while maintaining a clean work environment.

The ideal candidate should have interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest service, while meeting age requirements for alcohol service. Perks include free bowling and discounts on food and beverages.

Evening and night shifts are available, with flexible weekend hours.

WHAT OUR BARTENDERS DO

Our Bartenders are responsible for bringing our beverage lineup to life. If you think you can consistently raise the bar (pardon the pun) and have a great time doing it, then this may be the perfect job for you!

A BARTENDER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers

WHAT IT TAKES

• High School diploma or equivalent (Optional)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service
• Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by our company operating standards and state law

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Pay rate: $5.00 / HR plus tips
