Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft high quality drinks, provide warm hospitality, and help create memorable experiences for our Members and Guests across both of our clubhouses.

Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, wine, and beer, keeping the bar clean and stocked, and building relationships with members and guests while maintaining safety and consistency. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience (restaurant, hotel, or club).
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
