Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas and gaming areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the manager of shortages.
• Comply with safety and sanitation ordinances and liquor laws.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, balance cash drawers, and maintain security protocols.
• Collaborate with team for efficient service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly + tips (earning potential of $45+/hr)

What you'll do

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve our guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers, accurately using POS system, and maintaining security protocols. Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
