Buffalo Wild Wings in Sterling, VA is hiring a Bartender to craft beverages and serve food at the bar, while maintaining a fun, welcoming environment for guests.

You will manage time effectively, deliver high-quality service, and support the team during busy periods; prior bartending experience is valued. The role involves tips-based earnings in addition to base pay and access to company benefits.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
