Job summary

Main Event in Texas is seeking a Bartender who crafts cocktails, pours beer, and delivers great service with a welcoming vibe. You know the menu inside and out and can recommend items to guests while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, ensuring order accuracy, showcasing beer, wine and cocktail knowledge, and delivering drinks promptly. 21+ with alcohol certification and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style experience demanded: 6 months bartending experience.
• Guest-focused mindset and team collaboration are essential.
• Effective communication with guests and management is required.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be 21+ and have Alcohol Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests warmly and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Demonstrate beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.

• Adhere to local/state alcohol laws and policies.
• Process payments and assist Guests.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer and serve up great food, drinks and FUN for all Guests! As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (You rock at creating a good time!)
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
