Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a part-time bartender to craft exquisite beverages and provide exceptional guest service in Bradstreet Crafthouse.

You will work on Tuesday and Saturday from 12pm to 5pm, contributing to a sophisticated bar program. Compensation is $16.37 per hour plus tips, with perks including a $250 welcome bonus, complimentary employee parking, a free meal during your shift, and IHG hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in a restaurant/hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine bar area and manage liquor costs and inventory.
• Prepare the bar for next day’s service and stock appropriately.
• Multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
