Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a bartending professional to craft drinks to perfection, know the menu, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

You will support servers with beverage guidance, promote wine pairings, and help guests have memorable dining experiences while upholding safety and cleaning standards. Training and growth opportunities are available in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartender experience.
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create drinks to perfection and serve guests responsibly.
• Be a resource for servers regarding beverage program questions.
• Help guests select appropriate drinks and enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards during shifts.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Bartender, you must efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve our Guests responsibly. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and wine program and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the Guest’s experience. You will need to be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our beverage program and be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to be warm and outgoing and to generate new sales through building relationships with our Guests. Our Bartenders are committed to safe food handling, and cleanliness during the shift and prepare drinks according to company specifications and standards.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu, preferred
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts, preferred
