Job summary

• Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws; ID validation and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Monitor guest orders to ensure no one gets more than permitted drinks.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates; provide friendly service.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean bar area and assist during peak hours.
