About Wissahickon Brewing Company

Wissahickon Brewing Company is an award-winning (World Beer Cup, Best of Philly), family-owned and operated brewery based in Philadelphia, PA. Our original taproom and production facility is located in East Falls, and over the past year we’ve been building out a brand-new taproom in Olde Kensington.

The new location features an open-concept space with a full kitchen, a Wirlybird Coffee shop, a sidewalk café, and on-site kombucha production. It’s a dynamic, community-driven space where guests can enjoy authentic, world-class beverages and food.

The Position

We are currently hiring full and part-time bartenders/servers for our brand new OLDE KENSINGTON taproom. The Grand Opening is scheduled for early May, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled bartenders to help us create an unforgettable guest experience. What You’ll Do

• Serve beer, cider, kombucha, and other beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and hospitality
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
• Open and close the bar in accordance with taproom procedures
• Assist in maintaining accurate tabs and handling cash and POS transactions
• Support overall taproom operations — including restocking, cleaning, and setup
• Be flexible to cross-train as a server and support floor service as needed
• Be an ambassador for our brand, our beer, and the experience we’re building

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years bartending experience (taproom or brewery experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and step in wherever needed
• Knowledge of craft beer styles and service preferred — or a willingness to learn
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs
