Job summary

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is hiring bartenders who bring personality, speed, and hospitality to the bar. If you enjoy crafting drinks, connecting with guests, and keeping energy high in a neighborhood setting, this is the role for you.

You’ll prepare and serve drinks, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, engage guests, manage payments, and help keep the bar clean and well-stocked. Prior bartending experience preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15–25 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
