Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, seeks a Beverage Service team member for our full-service bar. You will prepare cocktails and wines, manage liquor and wine pars, and ensure service meets state guidelines while delivering guest‑focused experiences.

Provides beverages for full-service bar and beverages for Restaurant guests. Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and service in a quality-focused environment. Job requires food service responsibilities as well.

Essential Functions:

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
• Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Education, Experience, and skills preferred:

• Experience in a full-service, high-volume bar
• Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
• Enjoy working with the public
