Jim 'N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a Bartender – Front of the House to enthusiastically serve guests, suggest menu items, and craft cocktails. You will handle payments and work with the team to provide excellent food and service in a family-friendly environment with no freezers or microwaves.

Bartender – Front of the House

The Bartender position serves guests enthusiastically, suggests menu items, serves food and craft cocktails, rings up and collects payment, and ensures all guests receive excellent food and service. This role is part of the Front of the House team at Jim ‘N Nick’s, working in a family‑friendly environment that contains no freezers or microwaves.

• Stand up to eight hours or longer if needed
• Stand and walk 100 % of the time
• Lifting up to 20 pounds to shoulder level

• Constant exposure to heat
• Bending and reaching from under the counter (5 inches above the ground) to 6 feet above the ground with at least one arm
