Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Oswego, IL is hiring bartenders to craft great drinks and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role pays $9.00 per hour plus tips and features weekly pay, shift meals and a supportive team culture.

You’ll lead responsible alcohol service, provide full menu service, and help with to-go experiences in a lively dining environment. Prior guest service is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly guest service in a bar or restaurant environment.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverage service to guests in an energetic, fast-paced setting.
• Provide full menu service and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support with executing to-go beverage experiences.
