Job summary

Bar Louie in Orlando, FL is seeking a bartender who brings energy, skill, and personality to the bar. You’ll craft handcrafted cocktails, describe our Gastrobar flavors with confidence, and lead by example through professionalism and authenticity.

You’ll need at least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting, be 21 or older, and be proficient with POS systems. Spanish communication is a plus. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
• Must be 21+ and have HS diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish with crew; excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

You take pride in your work, never cut corners, and balance multiple tasks with ease—mixing, shaking, serving, and connecting with guests all at once. What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
