Job Description

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Bartender.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers in a timely manner
2. Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
3. Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
4. Assess customers' needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
5. Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
6. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
7. Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
8. Manage bar operation, including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies

Requirements

1. You must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
2. In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars, with strong mixology skills
3. Ability to stand for up to eight hours
4. Effective communication with guests and team members
5. Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends

Physical and Travel Requirements

This is a physically demanding position requiring standing, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Little to no travel is expected.
