Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Novi, MI is seeking a friendly Bartender to craft great drinks and build regulars in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

As a Bartender you will take orders, prepare alcoholic beverages, comply with liquor laws, and demonstrate strong salesmanship, while efficiently using our POS system. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive total rewards package after eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartender role preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Ability to upsell and promote beverages.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Bartender who can create regulars and serve our legendary drinks while having fun in our fast-paced atmosphere.

As a Bartender your responsibilities would include:

• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
• Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibits teamwork at all times
