Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a bartender to serve guests with energy and hospitality, complying with safety and alcohol service rules. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest experience, and upselling techniques to create memorable visits.

Requirements include being 21+, flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays, and a positive attitude toward guest service. Training is provided, uniforms are free, and park perks include free admission and employee events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a bartender at Cedar Point, you’ll serve guests in alignment with our cornerstones and core values. You’ll also…

• Operate cash registers and require identification for guest to whom alcohol is being served.
• Complete mandatory Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training and, if applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.

*Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
