Makesand serves guests delicious beveragesin accordance withestablishedstandards and with hospitality and professionalism.Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.
Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages,assistsin cost control, inventory andmaintainsinventory records.
Assistsdepartment leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu
Assists department leaders with social media schedule and creation of content
Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with managementin a timely mannerwhen supplies are needed.
Ensurecompliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
Communicatesguest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limitedtoinventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, andspecial events.
Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
Onoccasionwillservemeals to guests.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems (e.g.POSITOUCH and MICROS)
Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands. Regularly reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells andsits.Frequentlylifts upto 25 pounds.Occasionally maylift upto 50 pounds.
ServSafeCertified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and current trends in industry and marketplace
Possesses the knowledge of cocktail recipes
Professional and courteous demeanor
Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values
Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization to Troon employees,clientsand vendors
Fluent in English speaking,writingand understanding
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
