Job summary

The Melting Pot of Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a bartender to join a polished-casual fondue restaurant. You’ll prepare cocktails and assist the dining room, delivering warm hospitality and memorable celebrations.

Training is provided to develop bartending skills and guest experience. Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and a winning personality, with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays in Florida.

Qualifications

• Extremely strong work ethic.

• Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in Florida.
• Min 1 year Bartending experience.
• Min 2 years Serving experience.

• Multitask and stay calm during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Provide warm, friendly, upbeat hospitality to every guest.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Help servers and support the dining room during busy periods.
• Manage pacing, guest interactions, and memorable celebrations.
• Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of a team.

Schedule

• Dinner-only shifts (5–8 hours)
• Restaurant closes early:9PM (Sun–Thurs)/10PM (Fri–Sat)
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: $125 - $175 a day
