Job summary

Newburyport venue is seeking a Bartender to deliver hospitality and create memorable guest experiences through knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

You will join a cohesive team, keep the bar spotless, and respond to guest questions with a friendly, proactive approach while collaborating with management when needed.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to answer menu and service-related questions with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and pace with high-volume service.

• Makes food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu and service-related questions.
• Builds a friendly rapport with guests and ensures guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintains a spotlessly clean and sanitary bar area, including bar stools, high tops and surrounding floors.
• Handles guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
