Job summary

Stout NYC Hospitality Group is seeking bartenders to join our growing team in New York City. We operate a dozen bars/restaurants with a strong focus on cocktails, spirits, and wine, delivering authentic experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable memorizing drink recipes quickly and able to multitask behind large bars, with nights and weekends required. We offer excellent work/life balance and opportunities for growth across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bar environments.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Comfort with cocktails, spirits, and wine.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare and mix cocktails to spec in high-volume service.
• Triages bar workflow to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest experience.

We are seeking bartenders to join our growing team. We are a high-volume operation with focus on cocktails, spirits, and wine. Comfortability with classic cocktail specs is a must. The ideal candidate must be able to multi task and be comfortable in a busy fast-paced environment. Memorizing drink recipes quickly, and triaging efforts behind large bars. Nights and weekends are required.
