Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New York is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage hospitality in the bar, lounge, and social areas for residents, families, and guests.

You will provide friendly service, assist with beverage selections, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar space while upholding safety and Sunrise standards. This role supports community events and meaningful resident moments.

• Assist residents and guests with beverage selections
• Prepare and serve drinks following safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Clear and reset tables for continued hospitality service
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and report concerns appropriately
• Follow cash handling, inventory, and procurement procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Sunrise hospitality standards
• Support community events and social engagement activities
• Help create an inviting social environment where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments
