Yard House in Naperville, IL is seeking energetic bartenders to be the focal point of the bar, pouring from the tap and crafting hand‑made cocktails, while guiding Guests through our diverse beverage menu.

You will deliver attentive, friendly, and clean service to ensure guests feel valued and return, with tips plus competitive pay and growth opportunities.

• Pour and serve a diverse beverage menu including craft cocktails and beers.
• Guide Guests through our beverage menu, cut‑edge draft selections and hand‑crafted cocktails.
• Provide attentive, friendly and clean/sanitary service to ensure Guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Maintain bar area to ensure quick service and high guest satisfaction.

Job description

$9.00 per hour - $9.00 per hour plus tips.

Our Bartenders are quick with a pour, whether from the tap or a cocktail shaker. They guide Guests through our diverse beverage menu, cutting-edge draft beverage selections and hand‑crafted cocktails. The Bar is the focal point of our restaurant, so it is crucial that our Bartenders take pride in providing attentive, friendly and clean/sanitary service that ensures our Guests feel valued and well taken care of, which contributes to Guest loyalty.
