Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Bartender to create regulars and serve our legendary drinks in a fast-paced atmosphere. You will take orders, prepare cocktails, and ensure responsible service.

The role requires strong salesmanship, accurate POS usage, and commitment to safety and teamwork. Roadies are paid weekly with a competitive total rewards package after meeting eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, disability, life/accident/critical illness

• Experience bartending and delivering friendly service.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Bartender who can create regulars and serve our legendary drinks while having fun in our fast-paced atmosphere.

As a Bartender your responsibilities would include:

• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
• Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibits teamwork at all times
