Bartender Pay Rate: $2.13 + TipsRed Robin bartenders also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Bartenders:

You will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.

Must be 21 or older.

Other Types of Compensation:Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
