Sell, serve, and make drinks in a professional and friendly manner.

Compensation: $15 to $20 per hour (including tips).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ability to sell and prepare alcoholic beverages.
2. Use a computer to ring orders on a check.
3. Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
4. Accept different types of payment and make change.
5. Maintain side-work and ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
6. Keep the bar area clean.
7. Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age; politely refuse service to underage guests.
8. Observe guest behavior, monitor drinks served, and offer taxis if guests appear intoxicated, involving a manager if necessary.
9. Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
10. Report to work in a neat uniform with good personal hygiene.
11. Perform other duties as directed.
12. Remain on your feet, walking and standing throughout the shift.
13. Reach, bend, lift, carry, and wipe regularly.
14. Be aware of hazards such as cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns.
15. Wash hands frequently.
