Job summary

Bomba Tacos & Tequila in Malvern, PA is seeking a part-time Bartender to greet guests, mix high-quality drinks, and provide attentive service across lunch, happy hour, dinner, and brunch shifts.

We value guests first, teamwork, and responsible alcohol service. A minimum of 2 years in a high-volume setting is preferred, with 18+ eligibility to work in the United States; RAMP certification is a plus. Weekend and weekday/night availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a high-volume bartender role or higher.
• Ability to balance physical tasks with guest engagement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of alcohol service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks for lunch, happy hour, dinner and brunch services.

$25.00 - 35.00 per hour (tipped, wages stated are average earnings per hour when tips are added)

We are looking for bartenders with weekend and weekday/night availability who will treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude. Should be able to multitask, balancing physical job functions with guest engagement for lunch, happy hour, dinner and brunch service.

Job Requirements

• In Philadelphia, RAMP certification preferred but training provided.
• 2 years prior experience as a high-volume bartender, casual dining or above.
• Must have alcohol knowledge.
• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have eligible to work in the United States.
