Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar in Lansing, MI is seeking a motivated Bartender to craft quality drinks to specification while delivering warm, prompt service to guests.

You will manage bar stock and lounge organization, support food service, and contribute to a fun, friendly atmosphere with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bartender responsible for production of quality drinks per bar specifications.
• Maintain a high level of service while attending guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
• Accountable for appropriate stock levels and organization of the bar and lounge; service for all food items.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality drinks according to Boston’s spec and maintain bar organization.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with food service as needed.

Job Summary

• The Bartender is responsible for the production of quality, attractive and appealing drinks through adhering to Boston Restaurant & Sports Bar specifications. The Bartender must also maintain a high level of service while attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and courteous manner. The Bartender will be accountable for appropriate stock levels and the organization of the bar and lounge as well as service for all food items.
