Position Overview :

We seek skilled and customer-focused bartenders with a current TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving various beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Service

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of drink menus and specials.
• Ensure compliance with TABC laws and guidelines regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Take drink and food orders promptly and accurately.
• Address customer questions, preferences, and special requests with professionalism.

Compliance and Safety

• Verify customer identification to ensure the legal drinking age.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption, refusing service to intoxicated individuals when necessary.
• Adhere to all TABC regulations and workplace safety standards.

Bar Maintenance

• Restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and supplies.
