Responsibilities

The Kansas City International Airport is looking for an experienced **Bartender** to join our team! We’re known for our lively atmosphere, guest-focused service, and **handcrafted cocktails made with care**. If you’re passionate about mixology and love creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you. For this position, pay will be variable by location – plus generous tips.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Taking orders and serving drinks and food to bar customers
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Nurturing customers to provide exceptional guest experience
• Follows all OHM customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

• Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation keeping updated on new and revised beverage recipes
