Job summary

Torchy’s Bartender position in Irving, TX seeks outgoing individuals to deliver a Damn Good experience for every guest. You will mix cocktails, learn the menu for recommendations, and provide prompt, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar, restocking supplies, following Torchy’s recipes, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service. A state alcohol-server license is required, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.

We're looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy's recipes.
